Edan’s Headphone highlights over on RBMA Radio is excellent. Very much in keeping with his Edan Radio Show it’s full of fuzz, echo and psychedelics. The chap knows how to talk. Obviously some of the selections are on the novelty side of things but it really captures the joy of digging.

Sometimes these tribute/sample mixes can be a bit of an arduous listen. This one, bar that “THE TOKEN JAZZ HOUR" bite that comes in way too often, is pretty tasteful. Enjoy!

SO LONG BROOKLYN
After a year in BK Mines Clarence has relocated to Ireland. If you hadn’t already noticed the Irish connection now you know.
We had one last NYC Label Heads video edited and ready to go but unfortunately it won’t be released to the public. BUT as soon we get our hands on a camera we’ll get some more videos out.
Also the first Mines Clarence release is slowly but surely coming together.
Thanks to everyone in NYC for participating and helping out.
Cheers to everyone worldwide for the support so far.
More to come and hopefully you’ll enjoy.

Caught some solid sets at the Solar Code 12” launch on Sat. The 12” itself sounds killer and if you missed Costelloes LM Podcast go check it. Sam Kay killed it filling in for The Parallel last minute and Defekt closed with a pretty hard set.
Also happened to catch John Mahon in the Grand Social too.

HERE’S TO LOU
Plenty has been and will be written so I’ll keep it brief. I wasn’t shocked when I heard the news on Sunday but over the past few days I’ve become more and more saddened by it.
The chap was shit cool, curly mullets, Metallica and all. He was an icon and a genius.
So here’s to Lou Reed, Cheers and Thank you.
A tiny tiny selection of some of my favs.
